13 Photos taken during a week vacation
A month of ramadan has just past by, and in celebration and reward for a month long devotion and fasting here comes the Eid.
Eid ul-Fitr, often abbreviated to Eid, is a Muslim holiday that marks the end of Ramadan, the Islamic holy month of fasting. Eid is an Arabic word meaning “festivity”, while Fiṭr means “to break fast”; and so the holiday symbolizes the breaking of the fasting period. It is celebrated after the end of the Islamic month of Ramadan, on the first day of Shawwal.
We were granted also to have a week vacation during the Eid, as an expat, we had a lot of different ways in celebrating Eid, but for us, from relatives and friends and even group mates we only spent our time visiting great places here in Muscat, from beaches to park, from hotels and palace.
Below are the photos taken during the week, and hoping to give inspiration to all newbie photographers out there

i like all your photos kulot! haha. awesome! too bad i was not able to go places around here in dubai due to impact of recession haha, fcuk recession! but i was able to manage a little treat for myself like celebrating eid at KFC. hahahaha. poor me. (sigh..)

i know its a good treat but it could have been a little nicer if i could splash out to a nice beach just like what u and ur family/friends enjoyed. btw the place is an open beach right? no entry fee i gues. u should have tried over here, open beach are awesome (suffer first to a long ride haha)
yeah right, open beach and that was i am trying not to disclose it here lols, I was planning to take the long ride to dubai also but my wife do not have yet the right number of months here in Muscat

P.S.: It was just last night that the electricity came running. No more floods here. God bless the Philippines.
good to hear that electricity has been restored, and I just cant get over about the comment made by a filipina from dubai regarding on what happen back there in the philippines
